💡The goal of this email is to start focusing the audience on the product’s topic and the problem that it solves. This email does that by showcasing a unique webinar that the author has never seen before and telling the audience why they should check it out.
Today, I want to show you one of the most unique webinars / sales presentations I’ve ever seen.
So if you sell products or services online, you’re gonna wanna listen up. :)
See, I’ve been studying up on webinars lately to see what’s working for others. After a while, 90% of them blend together and sound pretty much the same.
There’s an intro. Some backstory on the host. 30-ish minutes of valuable content. They pitch you an offer with exclusive bonuses. Maybe there’s a Q&A. Rinse, repeat.
But then I watched Joel Erway’s “Mini Webinar” that sells his company’s consulting services. And it blew my freaking mind.
It’s somehow only 18 (!) minutes long
It sold out his very high-priced consulting program multiple times.
Around the 12-minute mark, he actually explains WHY the super-short webinar format works so well (that part is gold).
There are no bonuses, no phony scarcity, or any of the typical offer elements you’re used to seeing.
After privately texting the webinar to a couple of biz owner friends, I figured I should probably just share it with you too.

If you want to get better at selling your own products or services, studying other people who are doing it successfully is one of the best paths to the improvement I’ve found.
Especially when you can study something as unique as an 18-minute webinar.
